Pricing FAQ
No. Ovum is designed to work with activity collar hardware already fitted to your herd. As long as your collars output 3-axis accelerometer data at 2-minute or finer intervals, Ovum can ingest it. We support CSV export and API sync from most commercially available collar systems in the Australian market.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to enter billing details to continue. If you decide not to continue, your account closes and your data is deleted after 30 days. No charge until you actively choose to subscribe.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
The Station plan covers herds of 200 and above at a fixed AUD $849/month. For very large operations (500+ cows) or multi-farm managers, contact us directly and we can discuss custom pricing that reflects your scale.
We are open to discussions with dairy co-operatives and farmer groups about group onboarding arrangements. Contact us at [email protected] and we can talk through what would work for your group.
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment by credit card or bank transfer. You receive a tax invoice at the start of each annual period. Annual plans save the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. Refunds for unused months on annual plans are not offered except in cases covered by Australian Consumer Law.
